A mountain Picual, still green when harvested. The olives are harvested early, transported by refrigerated truck and pressed within 6 hours of picking, to preserve all their fruitiness.
On the nose, a powerful aroma of green olive, with nuances of tomato, artichoke, fig, apple, banana and freshly cut grass. On the palate, the bitterness and the spiciness in the throat are the hallmarks of an early harvest oil. Its very low acidity guarantees excellent shelf life: up to 24 months in a sealed bottle, protected from light and heat.
Why the pack of 6? So you can enjoy the early harvest for months, share it with your loved ones or prepare your end-of-year gifts. The early harvest is limited: once the bottles are gone, you have to wait until next autumn.
